As our work has quickly pivoted into the web/cloud/virtual space, we’re happy to invite you all to be a part of a Zoom tutorial from Jeremy Reisig (aka Brotha James) this Friday from 3pm-5pm. Jeremy has a wealth of knowledge and insight to share from his experience facilitating many conferences and events, sometimes with hundreds of people all attending via Zoom.

Jeremy has generously offered his time and Title Track is giving him an honorarium to co-sponsor and present this as a free offering that seeks to serve our community of cultural workers in the near and long term. We will engage in community-building while unlocking the potential of the platform. Please RSVP at our Facebook event here.

Here are some words from Jeremy:

“With the global pandemic, we’re facing a tremendous challenge as local leaders with no playbook or certainty about what’s to come. The greatest source of strength as community leaders right now is that we’re all in this together.

In other words, there has never been a better time for us to embody the values of Resilience, A Giving Spirit and Community Mind.

Come prepared to deeply connect (perhaps more deeply than you’d expect on a video conference!) in meaningful conversation, crowdsource solutions and find ways to serve wholeheartedly in our community over the coming months.

You’ll need to have access to a computer or cell phone with audio and video (preferred) and connect to Zoom. Here’s a link to test your phone, tablet or computer.

So grateful and excited to see all of your faces on Friday!

Sending you healthy vibes, appreciation and blessings.”
