We celebrate all that Holly T. Bird brings to our organization and the wider community and are pleased to share this powerful conversation between Holly and fellow Title Track co-executive director Seth Bernard, filmed earlier this Fall at the Neahtawanta Inn. Join us as Holly shares her thoughts on protecting the waters, her involvement in resistance movements such as Standing Rock, how white folks can stand in solidarity with Indigenous people, and much more.

Holly Bird is the kind of leader who truly serves. On any given day this past year, we could’ve found her leading meetings, offering workshops, bringing food and medicine to friends with COVID, marching in the street, picking up sushi for the family, educating and organizing for racial justice, attending her daughter’s play, or speaking to the people, from Mackinaw City to Washington D.C.

She wields her power with heart, for liberation, and shows up to serve our community every single day. Here’s to a year filled with self-care and meaningful work, Holly. You are appreciated.
