Title Track Racial Equity Offerings

Title Track is committed to positively impact the experiences of all people in MI and understands a focus on racial equity is imperative. In keeping with that commitment, Title Track offers the following:

Consulting: Title Track directors, staff, and board members collectively represent decades of DEI training, program development, coaching, and consulting. Wherever you are on the journey towards becoming an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multi-cultural organization, team, or person we are delighted to support you in manners that best suit your needs.

Customized Training: Title Track understands that while many organizations are thirsting for DEI and Racial Justice trainings, each comes with their own identities, cultures, and unique rhythms. One size will rarely fit all. As is the case with our consulting offerings, Title Track is committed to customizing our Healing Ourselves, Understanding Racial Justice, and Consulting efforts to meet your specific training needs. Whether it be part of your on-going DEI orientation needs, a program to address specific historic or recent harms, or a part of a larger strategic planning session, Title Track is able to meet with you to identify what is needed and provide that training.

Healing Ourselves: Healing Ourselves is more than just a training session; it consists of immersive experiences that challenge participants to reflect, engage, grow, and focus on healing. We blend historical context with contemporary insights, providing participants with a robust understanding of racial equity and its implications in our society and our everyday lives. Through a mix of presentation, discussion, and interactive activities, participants will explore the complexities of racial identities, histories, and structures of power, and how to facilitate culturally connected healing on personal and organizational levels.

Understanding Racial Justice (URJ): This ten-hour program is specifically for white people seeking to increase their depth of understanding about racial justice. The program is offered in three ways: in five two-hour sessions over the course of five weeks (in-person or virtually) and in a weekend format including a Friday night session and all-day Saturday (in-person only). Each format includes a session with a BIPOC panel. The program is offered on a sliding scale basis with the cost per person ranging from $125- $500 per person with scholarships available.
